HOW CAN I CANCEL OR REVOKE MY CONSULTATION?

If you've changed your mind and would like to cancel or rescind your order, you'll find a link to the cancellation form at the very bottom of the page. You can fill it out and return it to me via email. You can also notify me by email that you wish to cancel your consultation or order.

Please note that even when booking a telephone consultation, soul message or email consultation, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days must be observed.

ATTENTION IMPORTANT:
If, for any reason, you independently reverse your payment without notifying me in advance or failing to file a cancellation in a timely manner, your order will still be considered "ordered" and must be paid. If you independently reverse a payment, Shopify will charge me a penalty fee of at least €15. Unfortunately, you will have to pay this penalty fee because you reversed the amount instead of letting me process a cancellation (which can prevent penalty fees). If you do not pay the penalty fees separately, I will forward the matter to a debt collection agency, which will incur additional collection agency fees, which you will also have to pay.
