TELEPHONE CONSULTATION 15 min. (by appointment)
You book a 15-minute telephone consultation (by appointment).
- Appointments can only be scheduled after payment. I will send you a separate email in which you can schedule your appointment yourself using the online calendar.
- I will call the client at the agreed time. Please make sure you are available on time and that calls from withheld numbers are not rejected.
- Consultations by appointment are only available on Mondays from 4-8 p.m.

During this consultation, you can ask as many questions as you like. I would be happy to accompany you through your soulmate process. Together, we can explore where you both stand, what's next, what your ideal partner/soulmate is currently thinking about you, and what's going on with them. Of course, you can also ask other questions if the topic you're interested in isn't related to your soulmate.
Please do NOT send me a story or the journey you've already taken with your soulmate in advance, as I don't have time to read through your story. You can tell me everything important about this during the phone consultation. I'll ask you the things I need to know during our conversation.
Please note that 15 minutes is a very short time for a consultation. This means that if you have a lot of questions or a lot to talk about, I recommend a 30- or 45-minute consultation. Experience has also shown that initial consultations regarding your own soulmate process are too short for a 15-minute consultation.
APPOINTMENT MAKE:
Appointments must be made separately. After purchasing the telephone consultation, I will send you a link to the online appointment calendar, where you can enter your preferred appointment time. Please note that telephone consultations are only available on Mondays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you have paid in advance, I will only send you the link to schedule an appointment after receipt of payment.
APPOINTMENT REMINDER:
You will receive an automatic reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Please try to keep your scheduled appointment, as cancellations will not be refunded if not made at least 24 hours in advance.

LATENESS:
If the agreed appointment cannot be held on time, a maximum of five minutes' delay is acceptable. From the sixth minute onward, the timer begins to count and is deducted from the consultation time, provided the consultation takes place within ten minutes of the agreed time. If the appointment is not held within ten minutes of the agreed time, the amount paid cannot be refunded.
If a client is late for an appointment, please email Gabriele Hannemann, as smartphones will be turned off during the consultation to avoid disruptions. Gabriele Hannemann is easiest and quickest to reach by email.
EXTRA TIME & REMAINING MINUTES:
An extension or overrun of the consultation is not possible, as I have to stick to my schedule. For organizational reasons, unused minutes cannot be canceled. Therefore, please book the package that covers your questions.
CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT:
You can cancel or reschedule your booked appointment yourself. Please keep your appointment confirmation, which you will receive immediately after booking. There you will find a link where you can cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
If the client is late or unavailable for the scheduled appointment for any reason, the appointment can be rescheduled for a maximum of 10 minutes. If the appointment is delayed by more than 10 minutes, no alternative appointment can be arranged, as I must adhere to my schedule, and the amount paid cannot be refunded.
Should Gabriele Hannemann cancel the appointment at short notice for any reason, the client can of course reschedule the appointment free of charge.
