HOW CAN I RESPONDER OR CANCEL MY PHONE CONSULTATION?
You can rebook or cancel your telephone appointment yourself using the appointment confirmation you received by email.
You can also let me know via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or the chat on my website. I can then cancel your appointment for you and send you a link where you can reschedule your appointment free of charge.
Please note, however, that your appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment, as otherwise I will not be able to reassign your appointment at such short notice and you will therefore not be able to receive a full refund.
