WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT SOULMATE PHASES FOR?

Based on my observations and my own experiences, both soul mates go through various phases, which I have named myself to provide guidance. These phases show what you can expect when you get to know a soul mate and there are still certain learning tasks to master. The different phases serve to work through, discard and heal old and limiting thought and behavior patterns. Only by changing and healing these patterns can both soul mates move towards one another harmoniously. Otherwise, we automatically react to the other's still existing difficult patterns or subconsciously make ourselves available to them in order to heal ourselves or to help the other with their learning tasks. Often both have an effect, since most people entered into a soul contract with their soul mate before life in order to advance their development.

What are hindering thought and behavior patterns?

Hindering thought and behavior patterns are patterns that seek to hinder our further development and stand in our way, preventing us from taking the easy way out or further nourishing our inflated ego. These can include:

  • Doubt
  • Fear of loss
  • jealousy
  • Lack of self-esteem
  • Victim role existence
  • Need for love
  • impatience
  • Fear of true or intense feelings
  • Fear of failure
  • Fear of being rejected
  • Self-abandonment
  • Fear of not being loved
  • Sacrifice
  • Influence from others (often from one’s personal environment)
  • Clinging to the familiar or to certainties instead of following the soul plan and the heart or intuition
  • Deceiving yourself (lying to yourself) to protect yourself from new experiences and the truth
  • Seeking external confirmation instead of finding it within
  • Resistance and rejection instead of trust and acceptance

If you have already completed certain learning tasks or let go of old, limiting thought and behavior patterns, you will not experience some phases, or will experience them in a shortened form or in a different form. It is also possible that you experience individual soul mate phases intermittently or simultaneously. Often, some phases are not lived through and completed; instead, you simply move on to the next phase. This means that we may switch back again and again to finish healing earlier, unfinished phases so that they can be fully concluded. Only when all phases have been fully completed can the final phase (Omega phase) be completed. This can lead to us occasionally having the feeling that we have learned nothing or have fallen behind, but we only switch back briefly to close the remaining gaps.
