I'VE BEEN WAITING FOREVER FOR MY ORDER OR THE CALL FOR TELEPHONE ADVICE HAS NOT COME

If you ordered your consultation some time ago and I still haven't contacted you, it may be because I haven't been able to process your consultation yet, as this can take up to 14 days, as stated in the item description.
Sometimes it can happen that an email takes a little longer to reach the recipient, so I might not receive your purchase confirmation for a few hours. However, if you received an automatic confirmation of your purchase on my site, you can be fairly certain that I have received your order.
If for any reason you haven't received an order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact me. Sometimes it can happen that I haven't received a notification from my shop that a new order has been received, and your order has therefore been lost.
Please do not return any payments, as otherwise penalty fees will apply, which unfortunately will be charged to you separately. To cancel an order, you must fill out the cancellation form or notify me in writing within the deadline that you wish to cancel your order. I can then arrange this personally, which would prevent a penalty fee. Further information can be found under the heading: " HOW CAN I CANCEL OR REVOKE A CONSULTATION ?"
THE AGREED CALL FOR TELEPHONE CONSULTATION DOES NOT COME
This is most likely because you either entered the wrong phone number—possibly due to a typo—or because you have blocked withheld or anonymous callers from the number you provided. If you have such a blocker installed, my call will not go through because I am calling with a withheld number. Please check whether you have such a blocker installed well in advance of our appointment. If I am unable to reach you, our appointment CANNOT be rescheduled, and the money CANNOT be refunded, as I cannot reach another customer at such short notice to compensate for the loss.
